Terms & Conditions

1. The BYD Freedom Fest Offer is valid on eligible new BYD vehicle bookings made during the official campaign period, subject to availability and applicable campaign criteria.

2. Eligible customers will receive one complimentary 7 kW AC home charger with standard installation for each eligible vehicle delivered.

3. The charger will be installed only at the vehicle owner’s declared residential or approved installation address, following a satisfactory site survey.

4. Standard installation includes normal mounting, standard-length cabling and routine electrical connection requirements within the approved scope.

5. Any non-standard work will be charged separately to the customer. This may include extended cable runs, trenching, civil work, wall cutting, repairs, load enhancement, three-phase conversion, DB upgrades, breakers, earthing improvements, permits, landlord/NOC requirements, or other site-specific electrical modifications.

6. The customer is responsible for ensuring site access, electrical readiness, required permissions and a safe installation environment. Installation may be deferred where the site is unsuitable or unsafe.

7. Charger installation will be scheduled after vehicle delivery and is subject to technician availability, site readiness and applicable safety requirements.

8. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discount or any other product/service, and cannot be combined with another promotion unless confirmed in writing.

9. The chance to visit BYD Headquarters in China is subject to the official Freedom Fest lucky-draw rules, eligibility requirements, travel documentation, availability and instructions issued by the campaign organiser. Winning the draw does not guarantee visa approval or travel permission.

10. Any costs not expressly included in the official prize, including passport, visa, taxes, personal expenses, travel insurance or additional travel arrangements, may be the responsibility of the winner, subject to the official lucky-draw rules.

11. BYD South may verify booking, payment, delivery and customer eligibility before providing any campaign benefit.

12. BYD South reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute or withdraw the offer where required, including in the event of stock limitations, operational constraints, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. The customer’s booking and purchase remain subject to the applicable vehicle booking form, sales agreement, warranty terms and all relevant BYD policies.

14. In case of any dispute, BYD South’s decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
